29 CFR 1910.134(e)(6)(i): The employer did not obtain a written recommendation from a physician or other licensed health care professional regarding the employee's ability to use a respirator: a) Powder Coating- The physician's written opinions, maintained by the employer, did not contain the information required by29 CFR 1910.134. The documents stated only that respirator use was "Approved with no restrictions". The employer required employees to wear supplied air respirators during powder coating operations.
