29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) For employees exposed to fall hazards while conducting masonry work on scaffolding approximately 20 feet above a lower level without a properly configured guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. Note: Tesoro Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 109791, Citation 1, Item 1F and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 920 Spring Creek Drive, Williston, North Dakota.
