29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. (a) Location - 40 Hazel Street, Salem, Ma: On or about 4/3/2012, employees working on a roof that was greater than six feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to the ground below. East Lynn Property Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 316169424, Citation Number 1, Item Number 001, Issued on 1/5/2012 with a final order date of 1/29/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 78 Tremont Street, Melrose, Ma.
