29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) Job Site, Isle #13, East Wall: Bags containing salt were stored on a broken pallet, on or about 3/30/12. b) Job Site, Isle #8, Floor Bin # 35: Boxes of Top Ramen Noodles were stored on a broken pallet, on or about 3/30/12. c) Job Site, Isle #7, Floor Bin # 3: Boxes of Arizona Ice Tea were stored on a broken pallet, on or about 3/30/12. d) Job Site, Isle# 7, Floor Bin # 11: Cases of snapple tea and nutrimint were stored on a broken pallet, on or about 3/30/12. e) Job Site, Isle # 6, Floor Bin # 6: Cases of Ocean Spray cranberry juice/cranapple juice were stored on two broken pallets, on or about 3/30/12.
