29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: Employees in the Maintenace building were exposed to struck-by/crushing hazards in that the drill press (identification unknown) designed to be anchored was not affixed to the floor. Cargill Meat Solution was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 310691761, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on 10/05/2007, with a final order date of 10/26/2007, with respect to a workplace located at North I-27, Exit 54, Plainview TX 79072. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection.
