29 CFR 1960.8(b): The agency shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards applicable to the agency: (a) For the employees exposed to electrical shock hazards from an inadequate grounding system next to water. In the control tower a water fountain was plugged into a standard outlet that was not GFCI protected either in the circuit or the plug itself.
