Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the workplace of Cesar Diaz Interior Construction, Rafael Aparicio School in Adjuntas. The employer did not established an officcial Training about the protocoto handle situations of domestic violence (physical, verbal, and emotional aggression and even murder) at the workplace. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to establish and implement a written protocol to manage situations of domestic violence at the workplace as required by Act Number 217 of September 29, 2006. The protocol must include the following minimum requirements: A public policy statement,legal basis and applicability, responsabilities of the personnel, and uniform procedures and measures to be followed in order to handle the cases. En el lugar de trabajo de Cesar D3az Interior Construction, Escuela Rafael Aparicio de Adjuntas. El patrono no hab3a establecido un adiestramiento oficial sobre el protocolo para manejar situaciones de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es establecer e implementar un protocolo escrito para manejar situaciones de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo como es requerido por la ley Numero 217 del 29 de Septiembre de 2006. El protocolo debera incluir los siguientes requisitos m3nimos: declaracion de pol3tica publica, base legal y apicabilidad, responsabilidad del personal, y procedimiento y medidas uniformes a seguir en manejos de casos.
