29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(D): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the relief system design and design basis: (a)Plant # 16 and Plant # 81- On or about 01/20/09 a review of pressure relief device (PRD) sizing information for PRD-9210, PRD-966, PRD-9236, PRD-5121, PFD- 5027 and PRD-5071 revealed that existing sizing parameters, such as fluid prosperities, surface area calculations, operating pressures/temperatures did not reflect current conditions
