3273(c) Platforms, runways, ramps, or other elevated working levels, except catwalks, that are 30 inches or more above the floor, ground, or other working area shall be no less than 2 feet wide and have no less than 6 1/2 feet clear headroom. The employer failed to ensure that the elevated platform adjacent to tank 496 was no less than 2 feet wide. The platform was approximately 17 1/2 inches wide and 20 feet above the ground.
