T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Hazards associated with permit-required confined space rescue and emergency services. One feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be to provide a feasible plan/procedure that provids for evaluating and coordinating with confined space rescue services, and for ensuring that employees with rescue responsibility receive first aid/cpr training. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED
