29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) On or about February 18, 2026 , at an establishment located at 242 Progress Court, Neenah, Wisconsin, in the Finishing Department, on the K4Seamer at the turret rewind portion of the machine was a quad metallic outlet box which was suspended as a drop pendant and used to power various accessories such as an de-ionizer and a scale. The metal outlet box was not installed in accordance with the UL identifier QCIT, which states that boxes shall be mounted in or on a surface exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. (b) On or about February 18, 2026 , at an establishment located at 242 Progress Court, Neenah, Wisconsin, in the Finishing Department, on the rewinder next to the K4 Seamer was another quad metallic outlet box which was suspended as a drop pendant and placed on top of the electrical cabinet. An orange extension cord was plugged into the outlet to provide temporary power to a black light used on the K4 Seamer as well as two additional plugs for different pieces of equipment. The metal outlet box was not installed in accordance with the UL identifier QCIT, which states that boxes shall be mounted in or on a surface exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
