29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location: Sales floor and Bakery freezers On or about March 27, 2026, exit paths from freezers were narrowed to approximately 16 inches or less due to storage of product. BJ's Wholesale Club was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634930, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 777 Washington St in Auburn, MA.
