29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: Location - Front door in office building and door in QA/QC lab. On or about 12/18/2025, emergency exit signs were not illuminated so that in the event of an emergency, employees can find their way out of the facility.
