29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 104 Whiting Farms Rd., Holyoke, MA: On and before January 28, 2026, employees who disassembled and cleaned Empanada Line machines did not utilize the written energy control procedures to control hazardous energy. On December 9, 2025, an employee who was cleaning an operating Empanada line conveyor belt received injuries when an arm was caught in the machine. East Baking Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1706597, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2700 E. 3rd St., Hope, AR.
