29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a.) 96 Shine Company, 601 Highland Avenue, New Castle, PA 16101, on or about December 4th, 2025 and times prior thereto: Employees wore personal protective equipment while exposed to potential hazards including, but not limited to, chemical exposure hazards. The employer did not maintain a certified workplace hazard assessment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
