29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. (a) Throughout the facility - On or about September 24, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that each fire extinguisher was not mounted with its location identified so it was readily accessible to employees in an emergency.
