(a) On or about September 17, 2025, and dates prior, the employer did not provide written documentation of fall protection training for exposed employees. Bayron Alexander Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1821243, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1028 Arrowwood Ct. Pewaukee, WI. 53072.
