29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) Viant - ECM Dept. - On or about August 21, 2025, employees working with hazardous chemicals were not provided access to safety data sheets through the employer's SDS computer based system, nor did employees have access to hard copies of SDS for the chemicals used in the workplace. No abatement certification or documentation required.
