29 CFR 1910.134(c):The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Stone fabrication warehouse/production area: On or about August 20, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to respiratory hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program was not provided, while the employee was required to wear a 3M 6200 Series half-face respirator while performing material handling and housekeeping activities. ATL Granite Installers & Fabricators LLC with the same ownership as Stone Atlanta Countertops LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1772389, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/25/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Beasley Road SW Cartersville, GA. 30120.
