29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in- patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye: a) Aldi Inc (New York), 300 State Route 281, Tully, NY - Throughout the facility. On or about August 13, 2025, an employee was hospitalized for fractures needed surgical repair to the left leg. The employer did not report the work-related hospitalization as required.
