The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the OSHA Form 301 Incident Reports, or their equivalents, for the eight injuries resulting from the August 11, 2025 explosion in the 13, 14 Battery Transfer Area recorded on the 2025 OSHA 300 Log until February 5, 2026.
