29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the jobsite located at 8307 W 77th Street, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. JP Roofing & Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1799988, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 08-01-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2548 S 42nd Street, Kansas City, Kansas.
