29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Painter Hall-On or about July 28, 2025, at the jobsite; employee performing roofing work on a school building without adequate fall protection. Chavez Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1807956, Citation #1, Item # 1, issued on May 1, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11775 County Line Road Madison, AL 35758 which became a final order on May 28, 2025.
