29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 8073 Fir Tree Drive, Lot 7N Blackwater Reserve, Milton, Florida: On June 23, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 8 inches to the ground below. The Juan Manuel Ramirez dba Juan Manuel Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797915, citation number 1, item number 3, group A and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 8556 Bluebell Street, Lot 75B Plantation Woods, Milton, Florida.
