29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Harrison Bakery Inc., 1306 W Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY - Throughout the site. On or about June 18, 2025, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not maintained and readily available at the site for employees when they were required to use hazardous materials, including but not limited to bleach.
