29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) On or about 05/19/2025 at a work site located 460 Village II Drive, Hilton, NY; an employee was replacing a roof membrane on an apartment building when he fell approximately 19 feet and was admitted to the hospital for approximately 3 days. The hospitalization was not reported by the employer. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
