29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about May 28, 2025, employees performing roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards of over 6 feet and the employer did not ensure the worksite was inspected and the hazards were identified, and controlled or eliminated. THE D.T. ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(B)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1502941, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 10, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1420 N MAIN STREET, WASHINGTON, IL 61571.
