29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about May 12, 2025, employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 18.5 feet to the ground. New Eagle Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1681313, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 40w313 Carl Sandburg, Saint Charles, IL 60175. New Eagle Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1677974, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 343 Timbalier St., Yorkville, IL 60560. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
