29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) On or about May 5, 2025, at worksite: Employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falling to the next lower level in that the scaffold did not did not have top and mid rails installed exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 ft 4 in above the next lower level.
