29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a)418 Southgate Court, Mickleton, NJ 08056 Garage: Procedures were not utilized when servicing or repairing the Magni Telescopic Handler, Model TH 5,5.19-D7/D. An employee was fatally struck by the raised hydraulic boom that was not properly secured on or about 4/28/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
