29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a) 7 West 17th Street, Long Beach, NJ: All workers on site were exposed to struck by hazards when using electric, portable circular saws and nail guns without eye or face protection while cutting wooden framing components, and other related materials used in the framing activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 04/24/2025. The Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street, Montclair, NJ.
