29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: Location - Worksite: On or about 4/4/25, employees were exposed to 24-foot fall hazards while installing a new roof without fall protection. FRS Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771632, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/25, with respect to a workplace located at 446 Main Street, Waltham, MA. FRS Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600246, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/2/22, with respect to a workplace located at 76 Prairie Avenue, Auburndale, MA.
