29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers is not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it is stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about March 27, 2025, and times prior to, Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. did not ensure tire stacking frames used in the warehouse for storage of automotive tires were stable and secure to prevent collapse at a worksite located at 2075 Corporate Circle in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724660, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1470 Highway 65 N in Harrison, Arkansas.
