29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service. Fry Foods, Inc. - Tiffin, Ohio: On or about March 26, 2025, forklifts were not inspected daily and after each shift, for conditions that adversely affect the truck's safety. Employees operate forklifts daily to move food product for shipping and storage. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
