29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at 421 Hampstead Drive, Raymore, MO 64083, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform framing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: 1. Two employees exposed to fall hazards greater than 18 feet from the top level of the structure to the exterior ground below while working from the southwest section of the top level. 2. Two employees exposed to fall hazards greater than 9 feet from the top level of the structure to the next lower level inside the structure while working from the southwest section of the top level. Pancho Valencia Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1746283, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/8/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 171 Arbor Sound DR, LEEES SUMMIT, MO 64082. Pancho Valencia Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703485, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2768 1th Street, LEES SUMMIT, MO 64081.
