29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about March 19, 2025, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguishers were clearly identified, labeled or marked in a way that makes their presence and purpose obvious to employees. The portable fire extinguisher located behind a ladder in the aisleway was not mounted or identified, thereby exposing employee to fire hazards.
