29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 10 Handbell Lane, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure second floor while securing floor trusses, moving floor trusses into place, and performing other related activities without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/18/25. b- 10 Handbell Lane, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 2 inches to the flooring below when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure second floor while securing floor trusses, moving floor trusses into place, and performing other related activities without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/18/25. c- 10 Handbell Lane, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 5 inches to the concrete basement floor, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a floor opening while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about or about 03/18/25. Diamond Contractors Group Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748570, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/02/24, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Church Street, Montclaire NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
