29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. (a) On or about March 14, 2025, at 3330 E. Grange Ave., Cudahy, WI 53110, the employer did not ensure employees conducting installation of a new residential roof, using hand tools and nail guns were wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards and eye injuries. Everardo Servin LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629767, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 414 S. Silver Lake St., Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
