29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2):The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) (a) Work site - On or about February 26, 2025, the employer had his employees work from the framed roof rafters on a single story home without receiving fall protection training exposing them to fall hazards.
