29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) : Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about February 20, 2025, employees who conduct service/repair work on machinery/equipment/vehicles, were not provided with equipment specific hazardous energy control procedures for machinery/equipment with more than one energy source, such as, but not limited to thermal, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or gravitational / kinetic energy sources. The procedures did not include a statement on the requirement to test equipment/machinery to determine and verify the effectiveness of the energy control measures.
