29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) On the site located at 2946 County Road 200, Oxford, FL: On or about 02/14/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 ft. above the landing surface. The C & S Residential Roofing , Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1622802, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/14/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 845 N Country Club Drive, Crystal River, FL 34429.
