29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On a residential roof, at a temporary jobsite located at 7260 Tonga Drive in Jacksonville, Florida: On or about February 12, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Peak Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1514987, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 34 26th Avenue South, Jacksonville Florida, 32250.
