29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1): Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020: a) TFA3 Inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about February 4, 2025, some employees had been provided medical evaluations, however, the employer did not make available the records of medical evaluations in accordance with this section. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(m)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723247, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
