29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: 36 Pittsfield Rd., Lenox: On or about February 5, 2025, an employee was observed using a Metabo brand nail gun to install shingles on Residence #10 without any safety glasses. Olympic Marketing Group, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1680114, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 175 Ames St., Marlborough, MA.
