29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a- 380 Route 17N, Upper Saddle River NJ (Pneumatic Nail Guns): Employees who were engaged in framing/carpentry activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to eye loss and eye injury hazards as a means of eye protection was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 02/04/2025 GQ Framing & Construction, Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1748055, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 05/23/2024 with respect to a workplace located at 10 Lehigh Ave, Clifton NJ 07012.
