29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Covers for pull and junction boxes used on systems rated over 600 volts, nominal, were not permanently marked "HIGH VOLTAGE" on the outside of the box covers nor were the markings readily visible and legible: a.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the northwest corner of building #7, an electrical panel was missing its cover. b.) On or about January 28, 2025 and at times prior, in the west end of building# 1, an electrical panel was missing its cover.
