29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about January 25, 2025, at the worksite located at 985 NW County Rd 9002, Adrian, MO 64720, an employee fell from a height of 11 feet, resulting in their hospitalization and subsequent death. The employer did not report the hospitalization within 24 hours of being admitted to the hospital.
