29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about January 22, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the Line 2 Fruit machine area at the Workhorse Line, Model#: A-1-20-184, a conveyor was not guarded to protect employees from the rotating part. The Bama Companies Inc. dba Bama Frozen Dough was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724769, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2745 E. 11th Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
