29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: a) Worksite, back of residential building: On or about January 27, 2025, employees were using ropes and a STIHL Ms 460 Magnum chainsaw to manually fell an approximately 70' tree and the employer did not verify that a hazard assessment had been completed before beginning the job.
