29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. At 2654 Stonegate Drive, Jacksonville, FL: On or about January 20, 2025, the employer exposed employees engaged in roofing activities to fall hazards up to 10 feet to the ground below in that the employees were allowed to work at heights without an adequate personal fall arrest system. Blue Sky Florida Homes, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724479, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2102 College Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204.
